Jharkhand Government initiates plans for the third wave of covid-19 to protect children from Covid-19.

The state government of Jharkhand is gearing up for the third wave and has announced 20 ICU beds for children affected by coronavirus, the doctors and nurses are being trained for future events.

The Jharkhand Government conducted an intensive investigation campaign for 6 days in which 88547 people from rural areas got RAT investigation of which around 776 people were found infected, including 28 children. The third wave is likely to affect children more, but right now situation is under control.

Siddharth Tripathi, senior in-charge of the IEC of the Health Department, said that under this process, twenty ICU beds for children have been started in Covid Designated Hospitals located in all districts of the state. He also said, that right now the infection rate in children isn’t serious in Jharkhand but the government is preparing for future situations. They’re collecting information from different child specialist hospitals in the state about condition of children suffering from Covid-19 who approach these hospitals.

No one knows when the third wave is going to hit but the government is ready to deal with every situation and assured people that they will not be facing any kind of problem.
