542 new corona positive patients were reported in Jharkhand on Saturday. Highest number of cases – 242 – were reported for capital Ranchi. 8 patients in Jharkhand succumbed to the infection on Saturday – one each from Bokaro, Giridih, Godda, Dhanbad, four from East Singhbhum. In some relieving news, 501 patients recovered from corona infection.
44 new corona positive cases were reported from Bokaro, 2 from Chatra, 16 from Deoghar, 26 from Dhanbad, 3 from Dumka, 66 from East Singhbhum, 7 from Garhwa, 10 from Godda, 18 from Gumla, 9 from Hazaribagh, 1 from Jamtara, 20 from Khunti, 9 from Koderma, 8 from Latehar, 4 from Lohardaga, 8 from Pakud, 2 from Palamu, 242 from Ranchi, 25 from Ramgarh, 6 from Saraikela, 6 from Simdega and 10 cases were reported from West Singhbhum.
