With the unlock phase being implemented throughout the country, it has brought some relief for everyone living in fear of coronavirus. People want to now enjoy with family by visiting tourist spots such as waterfalls and lakes near the city. However, the government has not opened any tourist sites yet. While many countries of the world have started opening tourist places, governments in those are making new rules and regulations that are to be followed. Tourists have to strictly adhere to the rules. The central and state governments in India has now shifted their attention to getting tourists to come to the country again and are deliberating over how to enforce social distancing. Deliberations are also on to provide employment to youth which has been affected with no tourism happening in the country.
Government efforts have now increased focus on tourism and guidelines are being drafted. Experts say that to prevent overcrowding at tourist places over the weekend, online permits could also be looked at as an option. The public would need to trust and believe that the administration is conscious of their health, or the fear of contacting the virus will not allow them to roam freely.
