Former DC Of Bokaro Mukesh Kumar, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service, has been posted as the new Municipal Commissioner of Ranchi. Mukesh Kumar was currently awaiting posting after being released as Bokaro DC. Manoj Kumar, who was released from the position of Municipal Commissioner of Ranchi, has been given the responsibility of Director of Agriculture. Only a few days after the transfer of Deputy Commissioners on a large scale, the State Government transferred 16 IAS officers. Many of them were awaiting posting.
Recently, 10 Indian Administrative Service officers, who were released from the position of Deputy Commissioners of the districts, have been posted in various posts in the Secretariat. These include Jitendra Kumar Singh, Harsh Mangla, Rai Mahimapat Ray, Ravi Shankar Shukla, Shantanu Kumar Agarhari, Akanksha Ranjan, Kiran Kumari Pasi, Mrityunjay Kumar Varnwal, Varun Ranjan and Nancy Sahay.
Virendra Bhushan Kolhan, who was appointed the new Inspector General of Prisons, was awaiting posting after being released from the position of Divisional Commissioner. Similarly, Amit Kumar, who was made the director of the State Urban Development Agency, was awaiting posting after returning from central deputation.
