The last date for filing of online applications for enrolment in class 6 onwards for the academic session 2020-21 at Netarhat Residential School and Jawahar Navodaya Residential School has been fixed as 30th September. The information was given by the block education officer, Mrigendra Bayra. He further added that the headmaster in-charge of all the schools, assistant teachers and workers have been sent a communication via letters instructing them to get the maximum number of online applications.
Netarhat Residential School has a record of producing toppers of the Bihar School Examination Board year after year. After the creation of the state of Jharkhand in 2000, it came under the purview of Jharkhand Board. The students have dominated the Regional Mathematics Olympiad and National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). Students participate in inter-house and inter-set competitions and inter-school competitions.
The last date for submission of online applications for enrolment in Netarhat School has been fixed as 30th September. The last date for enrolment in the sixth class in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya has also been fixed as 30th September. All school teachers have been instructed to get at least 10 students from their schools to fill online applications. To achieve this, teachers have also been instructed to spread information about the admissions in their respective areas so that more and more people are aware of it.
