The 30th Convocation Ceremony of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra will be held online on December 12, 2020. This will be the first time when students will be given their degrees online. In this regard, the BIT Administration has asked the departments to provide the list of students based on which the degrees will be given.
Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu will be the Chief Guest. NITI Ayog Member Dr. VK Saraswat will also be present at the convocation.
Second Selection List of BTech & Architecture Released
The admission process in BIT Mesra is in progress. On Thursday, the second provisional selection list for BTech and Architecture program was released. The selection list has been released for BC-1 and BC-2 applicants from Jharkhand. BC-1 has names of 14 applicants while BC-2 has 20. Based on the list, students will have to register themselves by November 23. In semester I, students will have to pay a fee of Rs 16,2500 for the BTech program and Rs 17,2000 for the Architecture program.
Documents Required
For enrollment, students will have to submit the following documents:
- Class X Pass Certificate
- 10th and 12th Marksheet
- Admit card and Score Card of JEE Main
- School or college leaving certificate
- Migration certificate
