It has been alleged that a 12-year-old boy raped a three-year-old girl in Jharkhand’s East Singhbhum district. It was told by police officials that the incident took place last week on 4th Of November and was reported by the victim’s parents on evening of 8th Of November.
As per the FIR filed, a neighbour raped the child when she was playing near her home which is a rented accommodation in Loco Colony. It falls under the Parsudih police station area. The police also added that the victim’s family delayed approaching the police as her father was out of the town.
The police has launched a manhunt to arrest the accused and his father. With crime reaching new lows, the time may also be to retrospect the kind of social conditions we are living in.
