Jharkhand’s COVID-19 tally reached 1,07,332 on Saturday as 175 more people tested positive for the infection.
According to the Health Department Bulletin as on November 21, the corona virus death toll rose to 945, with six more people succumbing to the infection. As per the health bulletin, Ranchi district reported the highest number of new cases at 59, followed by 28 cases in East Singhbhum and 25 in Bokaro. One fatality each was reported in East Singhbhum, Godda, Jamtara, Hazaribagh districts while two were reported in Ranchi.
The state now has 2430 active cases, while 1,03,957 people have been cured of the disease and discharged. Jharkhand has tested 12509 samples for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
