Following the release of revised syllabus, the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will issue the model question paper after the Chhath Puja. Considering the matriculation and inter examination, model question papers will be released by the end of November and students can view it on JAC’s website. Answers to the questions will be released four to five days after the questions are uploaded on the website.
JAC Chairman Arvind Prasad informed that teachers have been directed to prepare model question papers accordingly.
It can be noted that the state education department had earlier decided to trim the school syllabus for all classes by 40 percent amid the continued closure of educational institutions across Jharkhand in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to considerable delay in issuing the revised syllabus, the model question paper was not released on time. It is also expected that JAC may push forward the date of Board Exam to March which will provide respite to students.
Apart from this, the question paper will also be released on an app that will be released soon. With the help of this app, students will be able to prepare for the exams. Also, students can access model questions for the last three years.
