Case Filed In High Court Against Jharkhand Government’s Order To Charge Only Tuition Fees.

Jharkhand state government’s order to private schools to charge only tuition fees has been challenged in Jharkhand High Court. After the hearing in the case today, Justice Rajesh Shankar has sought a reply from the state government in 3 weeks. A petition was filed in this regard by the Jharkhand Non-Aided Private School Association in the High Court. It said that due to the order of the state government, many parents are not paying fees which is worsening the economic condition of private schools.

The petitions filed for the appointment of High School Teacher in the court of Justice SK Dwivedi of Jharkhand High Court were rejected following JSSC reply during the hearing. The JSSC was informed that the petitioners are candidates of notified district. The case is influenced by the order of Soni Kumari. While hearing the case of Soni Kumari, a large bench of the High Court had asked to reject the appointments and do a fresh appointment process. Nabgopal Das, a resident of Pakur and Mohammad Ijaz Ashraf, a resident of Khunti had filed a petition in the High Court.
